The truth is there is no qualification to be a spiritual mentor. I'm certified as a life coach and as an executive coach by the ICF. However, I come from a family of spiritual teachers & my spirituality as always guided me through many obstacles such as miscarriages, substance abuse, and divorce. Now, through much work & exploration, I share what I've learned with others.

No. I am honest about what I believe when asked, but my religious beliefs have no business in our coaching sessions. One's relationship to Spirit is deeply personal and may or may not include specific religious beliefs. So, I opt to keep my definition of spirituality general and inclusive so that I may help people of any faith grow closer to the divine within.

I've tried various spiritual practices, but because my approach incorporates principles that align with positive psychology & scientific research, I tend not to be too woo-woo. Instead, I prefer to use mindset work, gratitude, journaling, mindfulness and meditation or prayer. However, I never bring what works for me personally into our sessions. We'll find what works for you!

Highly! The program is a container for those who think rules are stifling and need 100% flexibility. You tell me what you need, and that's what we'll do. Of course, I'll guide us and keep you accountable throughout our six months together, but how we get there is completely up to you. Need daily check-ins? Longer sessions? Shorter sessions? An intensive kick-off? You got it.

I offer my "Bold Breakthroughs" program for those who could benefit from the maximum support possible. Together we'll decide what that specifically looks like for you. For clients that are looking for a more traditional coaching package, where we meet weekly and have little interaction in-between sessions, I offer packages based on an hourly rate.

My six-month "Bold Breakthroughs" program is priced at $9,600 USD and is for the woman who is serious about doing transformative work in a short period of time.
